Job summary
The Michaels Companies Inc. in Las Vegas Clover area seeks a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will handle truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery to keep shelves in stock and presentations up to standard.
Emphasis on rewards enrollment and Omnichannel processes. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and can work varied shifts.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
- Engage customers on the Benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs)
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the return/go back process
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to SOPs and Company programs; comply with laws
- Interact with others in a respectful manner; promote company values
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
