Job summary

Michaels is seeking an in-store associate for the Park City, UT location. You will assist customers with product locate and solutions, run fast and friendly checkouts, enroll customers in the rewards program, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while upholding store SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash accurately.
• Promote rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Ensure in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Support store safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
