Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Park City store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and in-store recovery to keep shelves well-merchandised and in stock. Role involves engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting omnichannel processes, and following SOPs while maintaining a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Ability to stand and move around store for long periods
• Customer service oriented with solutions focus

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
