Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Store Team Member for MSP-BLOOMINGTON, MN to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties, assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store, and uphold store recovery, safety, and SOP standards across the shift.

Qualifications

• Preferred knowledge: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what you're looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
