Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a customer service oriented team member for our Bloomington store. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance, support rewards programs, and assist with omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store. Evening and weekend shifts are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods and move around the store.
• Aptitude for helping customers find products and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions, support shrink and safety programs
