Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a store associate at MSP-WOODBURY, MN. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in finding products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll also participate in truck unloading, stocking, and catch-all store recovery duties to maintain stock and presentation. As part of a team, you’ll engage customers with rewards program enrollment, support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and help with framing services as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
