Michaels WEST SPRINGFIELD, MA store is looking for a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, truck unloads, BOPIS/SFS, and store recovery to keep the store well merchandised. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift and move items. 16+ years old required. Benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• High school age 16 or older as required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers on Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and feedback.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation; handle returns/gow-back.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
