Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a store associate at the Stoughton, MA location. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure fast, accurate checkout experiences. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram maintenance to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

The role supports omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and promotes rewards programs. Benefits include employee discounts and more, with eligibility for overtime where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Experience with checkout procedures and cash handling.
• Familiarity with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, including returns and back stock.
