Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lifting heavy boxes and reach high shelves
• Follow SOPs and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes: BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs)
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance incl. returns and go-backs
• Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to company policies and standards
• Interact respectfully and model company vision and values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
