Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring at the BAY-MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA location for a retail team member. You will assist customers, manage checkout with accurate cash handling, and support in-store tasks including stocking, returns, and store recovery.

You’ll engage for rewards enrollments and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store duties. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs while offering a comprehensive benefits package and a base hourly pay range

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in stock, truck unload, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock store through recovery and returns processing.
