Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the MSP-MAPLE GROVE, MN location. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout with accurate cash handling.

You’ll engage customers in the Rewards program and support omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS. The role involves stocking, truck unloading, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Assist customers to locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Inform customers about VOC surveys and collect feedback.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes and related omni-channel tasks.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store; complete recovery/return processes.
• Participate in Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
