Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Conyers, GA is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers shop, check out, and maintain a well‑stocked, inviting store environment. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and support framing sales while delivering a fast, friendly experience.

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred. This role requires standing, lifting, and availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop for products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise duties, and maintain store recovery to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in stock, planogram (POG), SISO, and AD set duties; support shrink and safety programs.
