Job summary

Michaels Stores in Utah (SLC-BOUNTIFUL) is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service and maintain a well-merchandised store. You will help customers, handle checkout, and promote rewards programs while supporting omnichannel processes and framing-related cross-training.

The role involves stocking, handling trucks, planograms, and participating in safety and SOP adherence to ensure a great shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling
• Promote and enroll in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking
• Perform in-store recovery to maintain in-stock shelves
• Operate SISO and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
