Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking an Activities Support Staff member to help facilitate events of varying sizes within the activities department. You will be part of a team responsible for concerts, dances, happy hours, trivia nights, luncheons, vendor shows, and more at the resort.

The position supports the community’s branding and guest experience by enhancing aesthetics and functionality across the property, while assisting with event execution and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to adjust hours with each holiday and season.
• Ability to think quickly and handle unexpected event changes.
• Careful with setups to meet safety and quality standards.
• Cooperate with management and staff to reach goals.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart and use the company truck for hauling materials.

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown of seasonal/holiday displays in indoor and outdoor resort areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair display issues to keep events running smoothly.
• Coordinate with activities team and management to ensure timely work and materials purchasing.
