Job summary

Cherry Republic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Service Center Ambassador to join our holiday team. You’ll assist customers across phone, email, and live chat, place orders for holiday gifts, and manage the full order lifecycle from quotes to delivery.

You will work with the Direct Sales Team to support Corporate Gifts and Mail Order channels, ensuring accurate data entry and timely responses. This seasonal role runs September through December 2026 with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; some college preferred; 1–3 years customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel; Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across phone, email, and live chat.
• Place orders by phone for holiday gifts.
• Build relationships with Corporate Gifts clients.
• Manage full order lifecycle from quotes to delivery.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment Center and keep records.
• Resolve issues using service processes.
• Support online portal setup for self-ordering corporate clients.
• Enter and manage customer data in Excel and 365; experience with Acumatica, Zest, Shopify is a plus.
• Track and follow up on leads and inquiries per service standards.
