Job summary

Montana Conservation Corps is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include posting jobs, processing applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and assisting at recruitment fairs both online and in person.

The role represents MCC to external candidates and supports MCC’s mission. Location is flexible within Montana (near Bozeman, Helena, Kalispell, or Missoula) with remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entry

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews
• Conduct interviews and reference checks
• Place online ads and track placements in Salesforce
• Attend career fairs and events to assist recruitment
• Research opportunities for candidate outreach
• Communicate MCC programs to educators and stakeholders
• Cultivate a welcoming environment for staff and members
• Perform data entry and data cleanup
• Participate in staff groups related to admissions
• Join weekly recruitment and regional program calls
