Montana Conservation Corps seeks a Recruitment Assistant to support recruitment efforts across Montana. This temporary, remote/hybrid role involves posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment events to attract candidates for MCC programs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, plus experience with MS Office and Salesforce. Position runs 1/11/2027–5/14/2027 with a 32-hour week.

• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.
• Post jobs on internal and external sites and track placements in Salesforce.
• Attend career fairs online and in person to recruit candidates.
• Communicate MCC programs to university partners and educators.
• Maintain welcoming environment for all members and staff.
• Assist in data entry and ensure data accuracy.
