Montana Conservation Corps seeks a Recruitment Assistant to support recruitment efforts across Montana. This temporary, remote/hybrid role involves posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment events to attract candidates for MCC programs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, plus experience with MS Office and Salesforce. Position runs 1/11/2027–5/14/2027 with a 32-hour week.
