Job summary

Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) is seeking a Regional Program Manager to oversee MCC field programs and participants within a region, including supervising regional Field Coordinators. The role requires ensuring program objectives are met, safety standards followed, and strong partner relations built across the region.

Location is Helena, MT, with a start date of 11/16/2026. The position is exempt, full-time, and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills; communicate effectively both written and orally.
• Three years of experience in youth development, outdoor recreation, education, or natural resource work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection of Crew Leaders and Crew Members; conduct interviews and reference checks.
• Work with the State Office to complete AmeriCorps onboarding tasks.
• Manage crew rosters and personnel to support program objectives.
