Job summary

Lululemon Athletica in Durham, NC is seeking a Product Operations Lead for Streets at Southpoint (Seasonal). You will execute the store product strategy, manage inventory shifts, and oversee back-of-house product operations while ensuring the floor is stocked and guest-ready.

As part of the store leadership team, you will guide onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback, lead inventory actions, and drive a world-class guest experience when on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or more in retail or store operations.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others.
• Experience with inventory management, stocking, or merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and inventory plans.
• Lead inventory shifts and ensure accurate back-of-house operations.
• Maintain organized floor and BOH stock levels and assist guest experience when on the floor.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
