Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, operations and inventory management. You will lead shifts, supervise back-of-house workflows, and ensure floor and stock areas are organized to deliver a world-class guest experience.

You will influence team performance, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment and using data to optimize product availability and sell-through.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or more.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, stocking, or logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and lead inventory shifts.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage inventory processing and accuracy per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage the team to create a fun, productive inventory shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily business data to inform product focus and pricing decisions.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• When Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor and deliver expert product education to guests.
