Job summary

lululemon stores seek a Product Operations Lead to drive the store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You’ll lead shifts, supervise on the floor, and ensure both floor and BOH are stocked while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will influence hiring decisions, coach team members, and collaborate with leadership to optimize product availability and presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team in inventory management and maintain a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data to inform actions and pricing recommendations for leadership.
• Participate in hiring processes and onboarding new staff.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and hands-on development for team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor delivering product education.
