lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team, driving store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise on duty, and ensure both floor and BOH are stocked and organized while delivering a world-class guest experience.

This role includes collaborating with store leadership, participating in hiring, coaching team members, and modeling inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising or logistics
• Experience in leading or mentoring others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions and maintain stock levels.
