Qualifications

• Able to follow daily production schedules and recipes.
• Maintain food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Seasonal availability from December to April.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from Chef and prepare accordingly.
• Follow production sheets and correct quantities and recipes.
• Taste meals to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment per procedures.
• Label, date, and store all food items per policy.
• Document logs and reports as required.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Assist with taking and preparing customer orders at stations.
