• Obtains daily production schedule and prepares items per recipes and production sheets.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment; follows HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Takes orders and prepares quick-turn items; serves customers efficiently and courteously.
