Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Prep Cook for Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain to prepare food to standard recipes and serve guests in a fast-paced setting.

You will follow daily production sheets, ensure proper temperatures, and maintain HACCP compliance while helping maintain quality and portion control. This on-site role involves teamwork, efficiency, and customer service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and production standards.
• Adherence to HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Efficiently prep and serve customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain portion control and serving temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Taste and ensure quality of completed meals.
• Operate and clean equipment after use according to procedures.
• Store, label and date food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation, logs and reports.
• Serve customers efficiently at multiple stations and handle orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
