Levy Restaurants is seeking a Prep Cook for Mountainside at Mammoth Mountain. This role begins November 2026 with a pay range of $20–$21 per hour. You will prepare food, follow production sheets, and assist in serving customers across multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety protocols.
• Ability to follow recipes, production sheets, and established portions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef and prepare items accordingly.
• Follow recipes and quantities from production sheets; maintain quality and serving temperatures.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; store, label, and date food items per policy.
• Complete required logs and documents; ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Take orders, prepare items with short prep times, and serve customers efficiently at multiple stations.
• Resolves customer concerns and supports other duties as assigned.
