• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels, and dates food items per policy; adheres to HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders and prepares items with short prep time; serves customers at multiple stations.
