Job summary

Lindt USA is hiring a Chocolate Advisor to deliver premium in-store experiences across our Lindt Shops. You will apply product knowledge and service excellence to help customers find the right chocolates and drive sales.

This role requires weekend/evening availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed, with basic math skills for transactions. Prior retail experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.

• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and product knowledge to meet sales goals.
• Manage POS, paperwork, and store policies and procedures.
