Job summary

Lindt USA is hiring a Chocolate Advisor to join our in-store team. You will create a premium customer experience, share detailed product knowledge, and drive sales while representing the Lindt brand across our U.S. chocolate shops.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to upsell, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes a starting hourly rate with bonus potential and opportunities for growth within a premium retailer.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move items and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of customer service and selling with product knowledge.
• Upsell and promote current marketing programs and company resources.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep of shelves and displays.
• Handle cash and POS paperwork following policies and procedures.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management in a timely manner.
