Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver premium service in our in-store shops. You will apply product knowledge, engage customers with a positive attitude, and help drive sales while upholding Lindt selling standards and current promotions.

Ideal candidates are available to work nights, weekends and holidays, comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, and have a High School diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience, preferably in specialty retail, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales: contribute to store sales plans with high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals such as ADS and conversion.
• Model Lindt standards through dress code, upselling and sales focus.
• Promotion of current marketing programs and utilization of resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and elevate customer or product issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
