Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for our customers. You will apply product knowledge, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to sales goals in a fast-paced shop environment.

This role requires availability nights, weekends and holidays, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Prior retail experience is preferred; training will be provided to uphold Lindt standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service and contribute to store sales goals.
• Handle cash and POS operations following policies and procedures.
