Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to provide an engaging in-store experience for customers at Lindt Chocolate Shops across the United States. You will apply product knowledge and selling skills to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays, and prior retail experience. Starting pay ranges from $15 to $16 per hour, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers
• Basic math and/or accounting skills
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Sales: contribute to store sales plans with high levels of customer service and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
• Model Lindt standards in dress code and selling focus
• Promote marketing programs and use company resources to optimize selling activity
• Monitor and elevate customer or product issues to management promptly
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with QA policies
