Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver premium in-store experiences at our Lindt Chocolate Shop. You will engage customers with knowledge of our products and drive sales while representing the Lindt brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting promotions. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays to support busy retail periods.

Qualifications

• Skills: Ability to interact positively with customers; Basic math and/or accounting skills; Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
