Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Adhere to dress code, up-selling and sales focus to support store targets.
• Promote current marketing programs and use company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and escalate customer or product issues to management promptly.
• Handle cash management tasks (POS, paperwork, vendor logs) and maintain accuracy.
• Restock shelves, monitor date codes and pricing, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
