St. David’s North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Seasonal Postpartum Registered Nurse to educate new mothers and support newborn care on the Mother Baby Unit. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and supervise junior staff while upholding hospital policies and standards.

The role emphasizes education, emotional support, and recognizing postpartum depression symptoms. A valid TX RN license, BLS, and NRP are required, with RNC-OB preferred. Assignment ends March 31, 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas RN license (or Compact license with Texas license within 90 days of hire).
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience as an RN.
• NRP and BLS certifications required per policy.
• RNC-OB certification preferred.
