Job summary

St. Bernard’s Restaurant at Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a dependable PM Line/Prep Cook to join our seasonal culinary team. You will prepare breakfast service and assist with lunch and dinner items, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Previous line cook experience is preferred, with food safety practices and ability to follow recipes a must.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and food quality.
• Able to follow recipes and established procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willingness to obtain food-handler certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast service items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock the line and prep stations before service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, presentation, and timing.
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast service with a clean, organized station.
• Communicate with chef and kitchen staff about orders and needs.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
• Assist with daily kitchen prep, cleaning, and closing duties.
