• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry kitchen supplies as required.
• Food-handler certification preferred or willingness to obtain one.

POSITION:

St. Bernard's Restaurant at Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a dependable and motivated PM Line/ Prep Cook to join our seasonal culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing and executing breakfast service while maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced kitchen, communicates effectively with the culinary team, and takes pride in preparing quality food for our guests.
