You will perform termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work, while maintaining high quality and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Familiarity with construction-related tasks including ladders and power tools preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite and mosquito treatments and insulation installation.
• Complete indoor and outdoor applications for new customers with attention to quality and safety.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits and address customer questions.
• Follow service routes and coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and PPE to ensure safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards.
