EcoShield Pest Solutions in Plano, TX seeks an Seasonal Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments and mosquito control, while providing exceptional customer care.

You will combine hands-on service delivery with accurate documentation, ensuring safe, efficient operations and adherence to company standards. Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour with potential for additional earnings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and familiarity with construction-related tasks including ladders and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers and address questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service per company standards.
