EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.

The role blends hands-on service with customer care, focusing on safe, accurate documentation, and efficient operations. Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and be prepared for field duties with ladders and power tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum customer service experience, with mechanical aptitude and comfort with ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history; driving company vehicle required.
• State-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor/outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and safety.
• Explain treatment plans, service features, and benefits to customers; address questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes/schedules; coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.
