EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring an Additional Services Technician who delivers specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will perform hands-on service and provide clear explanations of plans and benefits to customers.

This role requires at least 1 year of customer service, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and willingness to

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
