Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring an Additional Services Technician to perform termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management services. You will also provide exceptional customer care, explain treatment plans, and ensure accurate documentation of all service activities.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, familiarity with ladders and power tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with construction-related tasks including ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite and mosquito treatments.
• Install insulation, perform exclusion work, and deliver additional service offerings.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers while addressing questions.
• Follow service routes, coordinate with office staff, and maintain records.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety.
