Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will combine hands-on service with strong customer care, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include performing indoor/outdoor applications, explaining plans to customers, following routes, maintaining records, and upholding company

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits while addressing customer questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety and effectiveness.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to procedures.
