EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work. The role emphasizes hands-on service and exceptional customer care, ensuring accurate documentation and safe operations.

The position requires 1+ years of customer service experience, a valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history, and ability to operate ladders

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and safe use of ladders and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Install insulation and perform exclusion work as directed.
• Explain treatment plans and address customer questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow service routes and schedules and coordinate with office staff for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments.
