Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will combine hands-on service delivery with strong customer care to ensure quality and safe operations.

The role requires delivering thorough service, maintaining records, and coordinating with office staff to meet schedules and uphold standards. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience with hands-on tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Pest control licensing/training available or provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor/outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers, addressing questions and concerns.
