Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional in Overland Park to oversee daily operations, train associates, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role includes managing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining the sales floor.

You will work with the store leadership team, drive sales, and uphold policies while providing a WOW customer experience. Must be 18+ with flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and delivers fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store and secures cash, doors, and alarms for smooth operations.
