Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Conroe, TX is hiring a Part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers find products, ring up purchases, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, participate in store recovery, and support omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS). Flexible hours including nights and weekends required; prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and resolve issues.
• Cash handling and POS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide fast checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments where applicable.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support store recovery, in-stock efforts, and safety programs.
