Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Humble, TX is seeking a part-time Seasonal Service Team Member. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience while supporting truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising.

You will engage customers in rewards programs and Omni-channel processes, contribute to store recovery, and follow SOPs to uphold company standards. This is a part-time seasonal role with potential for ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and locate products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties to keep shelves in stock.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandising standards to support the brand.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
