Church Hill Classics is seeking a Seasonal Order Entry Clerk in Monroe, CT to ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders across web, email, fax, and EDI channels during the busy holiday season. You will verify product details, pricing, and shipping information, fix discrepancies, and collaborate with teams to keep the production and fulfillment pipeline moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates have strong data-entry focus, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/EDI

Qualifications

• Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all data entry tasks.
• Effective at managing time and workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and EDI platforms is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter orders from multiple channels with high accuracy.
• Maintain efficiency to meet daily volume and timing.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies; escalate when needed.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners professionally.
• Proactively report delays impacting order accuracy or turnaround.
• Participate in meetings and suggest workflow improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of order processing systems and demonstrate proficiency.
• Follow SOPs and data security policies.
• Support documentation and monthly error reporting.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth order flow.
